In order for me to join, the maximum weight for my height is 163 lbs which I am only 7 lbs away from reaching. Realizing that I am leaving for MEPS in the beginning of February, I know that I have to change how I workout, the way I eat, and the way I look at fitness all together. My fitness blog is very new and it'd be nice to have some support :) I go to swim practice 5 days a week and have recently gone back to the gym. We deserve to treat our bodies right. I haven’t been on here in almost 2 months…sorry for the lack of posts. Since then I’ve graduated high school and lost 10 lbs. which means I’m finally below the max weight for the Navy! I’m going to meps this Thursday and Friday… I’m extremely nervous and stressed out. Wish me luck.
