In order for me to join, the maximum weight for my height is 163 lbs which I am only 7 lbs away from reaching. Realizing that I am leaving for MEPS in the beginning of February, I know that I have to change how I workout, the way I eat, and the way I look at fitness all together. My fitness blog is very new and it'd be nice to have some support :) I go to swim practice 5 days a week and have recently gone back to the gym. We deserve to treat our bodies right. Day Eight- Your workout routine.
I’m on a competitive swim team, so I swim for an hour 4 days a week. On the days I don’t have swimming I like to run to the beach and back, which is about 2 miles along the beach that I run. I also run up and down the stairs when I get to the beach and come home and do some push-ups and sit-ups.
Breakfast. Pineapple, cutie orange, grapes, 2 low-cal rice cakes, 1 hard boiled egg white, and some greek yogurt :) adds up to about 318 calories. It’s low-calorie but fills you up!
