Hello, I'm 17 years old and planning on joining the Navy. In order for me to join, the maximum weight for my height is 163 lbs which I am only 7 lbs away from reaching. Realizing that I am leaving for MEPS in the beginning of February, I know that I have to change how I workout, the way I eat, and the way I look at fitness all together. My fitness blog is very new and it'd be nice to have some support :) I go to swim practice 5 days a week and have recently gone back to the gym. We deserve to treat our bodies right. Join me, and lets do this together the healthy way.
